Il reconna\u00eet leur contribution \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie canadienne et la cr\u00e9ation de liens \u00e9troits avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne. Cela renforce les programmes de r\u00e9sidence permanente au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme vise deux cat\u00e9gories de candidats: les travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires et les \u00e9trangers dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement postsecondaire canadiens.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1f0r638dp0\">Conditions \u00e0 remplir<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9sidence permanente sous cette cat\u00e9gorie s\u2019\u00e9value sur une base r\u00e9ussite\/\u00e9chec o\u00f9 les crit\u00e8res les plus importants sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Le demandeur a accumul\u00e9 12 mois d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail \u00e0 temps-plein dans une profession class\u00e9s aux niveaux de comp\u00e9tence 0, A ou B de la <a href=\"https:\/\/noc.esdc.gc.ca\/Accueil\/Bienvenue\/9e9ceb19774e4d979434a8bb9e6d81a0?GoCTemplateCulture=fr-CA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">classification nationale des professions (CNP)<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Cette exp\u00e9rience de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 accumul\u00e9e a cours des 36 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Le demandeur fait preuve d\u2019aptitude linguistique suffisante en anglais ou en fran\u00e7ais. Le niveau d\u2019aptitude requis s\u2019\u00e9tabli en fonction de la profession dans laquelle le demandeur a accumul\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience de travail. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Le demandeur ne doit pas \u00eatre inadmissible pour raisons m\u00e9dicales, criminelles, ou de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1f0r638dp1\">Exp\u00e9rience de travail admissible<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail admissible doit \u00eatre \u00e0 temps plein et qualifi\u00e9e. Dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la candidature, un emploi est \u00e0 temps plein s\u2019il repr\u00e9sente au moins 30 heures de travail par semaine. Les postes \u00e0 temps partiel seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s, mais seulement sur une base prorata. Par exemple, 6 mois dans un poste \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 15 heures par semaine sera l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 3 mois \u00e0 temps plein. Le candidat qui a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes qualifi\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel en m\u00eame temps pourra utiliser ces multiples postes pour satisfaire au crit\u00e8re de 30 heures par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Toute p\u00e9riode d&#8217;emploi au Canada sans autorisation  l\u00e9gitime ne sera pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le calcul des 12 mois. Ni plus les p\u00e9riodes d&#8217;emploi au cours desquelles le candidat \u00e9tait inscrit \u00e0 un programme d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes \u00e0 temps-plein.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1f0r638dp2\">Aptitudes linguistiques<\/h3>\n<p>Chaque candidat doit d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019il a une comp\u00e9tence minimale dans chacune des quatre habilet\u00e9s liguistiques, soit : Lire; \u00e9crire; parler; \u00e9couter. Un demandeur qui a une exp\u00e9rience de travail admissible dans une profession class\u00e9e au niveaux de comp\u00e9tence CNP \u00ab 0 \u00bb ou \u00ab A \u00bb devra atteindre le Niveau de comp\u00e9tence linguistique canadien (NCLC) niveau 7.
