style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shared Requirements for Both Pathways<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be eligible for either stream, you must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a <\/span><b>valid Express Entry profile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a <\/span><b>job seeker validation aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive a <\/span><b>Letter of Interest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Immigration New Brunswick<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"065e68a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream is a pathway to permanent residence for foreign nationals with the skills needed in the province. It has three categories: New Brunswick Experience, New Brunswick Graduates and New Brunswick Priority Occupations.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Brunswick Experience<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>New Brunswick Experience stream<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is for skilled foreign workers who are already living in New Brunswick and have work experience with an eligible local employer. This pathway allows applicants with at least six months of continuous, full-time work in the province to apply for permanent residence.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike Express Entry-aligned pathways, this stream is <\/span><b>not points-based<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and does <\/span><b>not require a federal Express Entry profile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key Eligibility Criteria<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To qualify under this stream, you must meet all of the following:<\/span><\/p><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. New Brunswick Employment<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must be <\/span><b>working full-time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (30+ hours\/week) in a <\/span><b>non-seasonal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> job for an eligible employer.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must have completed <\/span><b>at least 6 consecutive months<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of work for the same employer.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your job must fall under a <\/span><b>valid NOC code<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (any TEER level is accepted).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The job must pay a <\/span><b>competitive base wage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> based on regional labour market standards.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your job is in a <\/span><b>regulated occupation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you must hold a valid licence or certification in New Brunswick.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are a <\/span><b>transport truck driver (NOC 73300)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you must have a valid <\/span><b>NB Class 1 licence<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Education<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your education must meet the NOC requirements for your job.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your credentials are from outside Canada, you must provide an <\/span><b>Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> issued within the last 5 years.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Language Proficiency<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must score <\/span><b>at least CLB 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accepted tests include: IELTS, CELPIP, TEF Canada, TCF Canada, or PTE Core.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test results must be less than <\/span><b>2 years old<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Residency in New Brunswick<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must have lived in New Brunswick for <\/span><b>at least 6 months<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with valid temporary resident status.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide supporting documents such as:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lease or rental agreement<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NB driver\u2019s licence or vehicle registration<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utility bills, pay stubs, or insurance policies<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Intent to Reside<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must demonstrate your intent to settle in New Brunswick permanently.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Factors considered include:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continued employment<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Property ownership or rental history<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Community ties and networks<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.
